Your tasks
- Molecular Biology: Cloning, Genotyping, RT-qPCR, Western Blot, Crispr-Cas
- Cell Biology: Cell culture, transfection, shRNA-based gene expression manipulation
- Microscopy and Imaging: Confocal microscopy, immunostaining, single molecule RNA-FISH (plus if experience with live imaging)
Your profile
- Master Degree in Molecular Biology
- German language will be considered as a plus
